The Better Woman vs going it alone
Most women trying to sort themselves out already know what to do. You have heard the podcasts, saved the workout, read the book. Knowledge was never the problem. Doing it on the days you do not feel like it is the problem.
Going it alone
It is free and self-directed, and on a wave of motivation it works for a week or two. For a disciplined few, that is genuinely enough.
Why it breaks for most women
Motivation is a tourist, it leaves by about day four. No one notices when you stop. There is no system to catch you, so you start over again every Monday and call it discipline.
What changes with a system
A daily plan so there is no guesswork. Coaches that know your context. An accountability chat that asks whether you did the work. Challenges that hold the line when you would rather not. It closes the gap between knowing and doing.
The honest take
If pure willpower has worked for you, keep going, you do not need us. If you keep starting and stopping, the missing piece is not more information, it is accountability.
